Comprehensive Plumbing and HVAC renovations transformed a 48,000 square foot retail building into an adult primary care and pediatric clinic, featuring Cardiology, ENT, optometry, ophthalmology, orthopedics, podiatry, rheumatology, and urgent care services on-site. This project allowed the tenant to consolidate six healthcare locations into one.
