Russell embarked on his career as a plumbing coordinator in 2000, swiftly advancing to the role of Coordination Manager. In 2020, he joined P.J. Dionne Company as the Coordination Group Manager. In this capacity, Russell oversees the coordination department and plays a pivotal role in the design process from preconstruction review to delivering the final product.
