P.J. Dionne Company successfully partnered with a primarily New York-based builder to complete a retail fit-out at The Street Chestnut Hill location in Newton, MA. The project includes new underground plumbing to service the restrooms and utility spaces for staff and customers.
Seamless collaboration with the contractor ensures the best possible product, with modifications suggested for better future service and maintenance, as well as alternative fixtures to match Massachusetts product requirements and ensure easier availability of parts for maintenance or service concerns. The result is a fully functional and expertly executed plumbing system. This fit-out is part of a broader expansion at The Street Chestnut Hill, which adds 14 new tenants, including Alo Yoga, Arc’Teryx, and Winston Flowers.
