Upon completion of The Newbury Hotel renovation, P. J. Dionne Company was contracted for the plumbing for a new rooftop restaurant, Contessa Ristorante was a challenging project due to its 17th-floor rooftop location, the age of the building, and its stylish decor.
Some unique features included copper lavatories with polished brass faucets and wall-hung toilets with white glass flush valves. Contessa has been voted the most beautiful restaurant in Boston.
