P.J. Dionne Company worked closely with the building owner on a design-build renovation of over 480 residential units. This project was performed over a 2.5-year period and consisted of kitchen and bathroom renovations. Challenges included performing the work while the building was occupied as well as a logistically challenging site in downtown Boston.
While on-site, P.J. Dionne Company was contracted to renovate the rooftop pool deck drainage system and new filtered water piping.
