P.J. Dionne Company completed a comprehensive renovation project within the Encore Boston Harbor Hotel for the Seamark Restaurant, which involved both plumbing and HVAC upgrades. The plumbing scope included a high-end kitchen equipment renovation, bathroom fit-outs, and the installation of new water piping distribution.
The HVAC renovation involved overhauling the air distribution system, including the installation of new fan coil units and air terminal box assemblies, along with a revised duct system.
