Logan Airport Terminal E

P.J. Dionne Company successfully completed a significant plumbing project for the modernization of Logan Airport’s Terminal E. This project involved installing plumbing systems to support the terminal’s expanded facilities, which feature four brand new gates and major renovations to the existing terminal.

The scope of work includes multiple restrooms complete with state-of-the-art Sloan Aer-Dec sink systems. The project required careful coordination of both new and existing areas to effectively route hidden plumbing lines through baggage handling areas, cogeneration mechanical rooms, and even enormous, vaulted ceiling spaces to service the building. Our work included sanitary and grease services for future tenant fit-out spaces and kiosks, as well as an extensive stormwater drainage system to complement the impressive building roof structure that has forever changed the city skyline.

The team worked closely with contractors and airport authorities to deliver the project within strict timelines and compliance standards. The result was a seamless integration of modern plumbing into a bustling, dynamic environment.
