Complete interior demolition of two buildings at Lesley University. On the exterior, the scope of work includes new slate roofs, rebuilding of masonry chimneys, window replacement, and installation of a connector bridge to join the two buildings. On the interior, the scope of work includes a new elevator and all-new VRF systems which are water-cooled and tied into the campus Chilled Water System.
The renovated building will be a student center for Lesley University. We provided coordinated HVAC trades on this project on behalf of the general contractor.
