P.J. Dionne Company renovated gas and kitchen refrigeration equipment to support the build-out of a new kitchen and market at the MIT Concord Market. The project also involved revamping the floor drainage system throughout the basement and first level to comply with updated plumbing code requirements and meet the specific needs of the new kitchen setup.
