Conservatory Lab Charter School is a new K-8 institution located in Boston.
A three-story steel frame building featuring a commercial kitchen with multiple grease interceptors, 21 point-of-use electric water heaters, and multiple classroom and art room sinks. Coordination played an important role as a large portion of the project was built using pre-fabrication.
