All new plumbing systems for the full renovation of the 11-story, 175,000-square-foot municipal office building owned by the City of Boston. P.J. Dionne Company was initially contracted for the extensive demolition of the building and ultimately for the phase 2 fit-out.
This building was originally built in 1912 and includes 3 below-grade levels in addition to the 11 above which will all be fitted with new plumbing and storm drain systems. The building conversion has an emphasis on efficiency and will feature a fully electric domestic water heating system.
