P.J. Dionne Company completed the plumbing for laboratory space at 100 CambridgeSide. This project included the installation of prefabricated water racks, a new 8" gas main to mechanical space, and gas-fired water heaters to support a tempered water loop with emergency showers. Working in an active mall environment presented challenges, including navigating open hours and managing congested garage spaces with existing structural conflicts.
