P.J. Dionne Company, Inc. has been subcontracted by Wise Construction for the Nan Fung Life Science Real Estate project at 470 Atlantic Ave. Our scope includes the installation of plumbing and lab utilities for tenant improvements on 7 floors. The project is split into 2 phases which include working on occupied floors. The piping includes nitrogen purged brazed gases and RODI water joined using infrared fusion. IR fused connections are made by contact-free heating which eliminates the possibility of contamination creating the highest quality RODI piping for the end user.
Our quality mechanics are trained to the ASSE 6010 standard for the installation of medical gas and vacuum systems and George Fischer IR fusion.
