Complete interior demolition of the existing building. Installation of an HVAC Fan Coil System to serve the life science industry with numerous floors of Spec Suites, Offices, and Meeting Rooms. The project will meet the commercial needs of the Fort Point neighborhood while maintaining the existing historic character of the neighborhood. We provided coordinated HVAC trades on this project on behalf of the general contractor. We also completed the plumbing for this project which includes lab sinks, a lab waste and PH neutralization system, tempered water with emergency showers, a new gas service with a booster skid, a 4,720-gallon rainwater collection tank, water booster pumps, and a vacuum skid.
