P.J. Dionne Company contracted with MJA Construction services to complete the renovation along with the core and shell, of the old Boston Globe building transformed into future fit-out lab spaces. This refurbishment spans four levels and includes the installation of core bathrooms on each level, a PH Neutralization System, and the installation of a new tempered water system.
In addition to these improvements, we performed a thorough investigation of all existing plumbing systems to identify and document deficiencies. We have since been contracted to make the necessary changes.
