Ground-up construction of one of Charlestown Labs on Rutherford Avenue, which will encase a brand-new core and shell plumbing lab, gas, water, and waste systems.

420 Rutherford Ave, home to one of the new Charlestown Labs, will be a new center for Life Sciences in a dynamic research hub between Boston and Cambridge. As a part of a larger project bringing together 6 Bunker Hill, 440 Rutherford Avenue, and 420 Rutherford Avenue, this new building will be transformed to provide 111,000 rentable square feet across three floors. The plumbing completed by our team includes items such as water and sanitary racks, water heaters, and backflow prevention assemblies.
