Orient Heights

P.J. Dionne Company completed the plumbing installation for Phase 2 of the Orient Heights redevelopment. This project involved the wood frame slab-on-grade construction of 88 rental housing units, which included two eight-unit townhouses and one four-story mid-rise building. Each building featured a central domestic water system, creating a challenging coordination effort to route the plumbing systems through the wood frame structure to service the units.

This redevelopment project is a significant step towards improving Boston’s affordable housing, and enhancing the community by providing modern, reliable housing options for residents.
