P.J. Dionne Company contributed to the new construction of Longwood Tower Apartments, a six-story residential building featuring 155 units above a parking garage in Boston’s densely populated Longwood neighborhood.
Due to the compact size of the site, careful coordination was critical to the project's success. Each unit was equipped with high-efficiency natural gas Navien water heaters, ensuring reliable and energy-saving performance for residents.
