P.J. Dionne Company was contracted for the base building lab conversion and plumbing fit-outs for future lab usage at One Canal Park in East Cambridge.
This comprehensive project involved the installation of specialized systems such as a pH neutralizer, water boosting systems, and water heaters that were a part of the pre-packaged penthouse equipment. The team also completed a “spec” lab fit-out on level 02, with ongoing lab plumbing work on levels 03 and 04. Additionally, plumbing for the gym on the first floor is included in the scope, with further work still in progress on the upper levels.
