Our Local 12 and Local 537 field teams are collaborating to complete full plumbing and process fit-outs for the 2nd and 3rd floors. Our work extends from the loading dock through the penthouse, where we are also handling base building systems such as hot water, source gas manifolds and generation, reverse osmosis (RO), and new pH neutralization for future fit-out connections on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors.
These lab spaces have been designed to support the future of laboratories and the company’s vision for redefining laboratory work. They feature flexible workspaces to support in-person interaction as well as hybrid working models, which made for a challenging BIM effort. However, our in-house coordination team successfully achieved this goal on the floors and with extensive coordination efforts for the main utility shafts.
